Why do I need to install Adobe AIR with your CBT?
Adobe air only pertains to our version 8 application. It is included as part of the install and allows the application to run on your system.
On first install, the program will need to install the Adobe® AIR run time environment and the user must accept the installation of AIR and the license.
Where are the exercise files located?
On the CD/DVD-ROM version the extras.zip, if included, will show up under the resources tab on the left side of your CBT interface.
Online version the exercise files are located at the top of the course, sometimes called datasets or drawing files.
Why cant I see the entire video in my CD/DVD-ROM application?
Our videos are 1024 x 768. If your computers resolution is smaller than this you can change the size of the video once it is playing.
Right click on the flash video window and you have zoom options. "Show all" will scale the video to your screen.
What are the System Requirements?
Version 8 of the CADLearning CBT (DVD) product runs on Windows XP, Vista and has been tested fine with Vista 64.
This is a computer program and as such does not play in a DVD player.
