The Manufacturing & Construction Skills Gap
-
Many skilled members of the current workforce are retiring, and there is not enough incoming talent to replace them.
-
As workers leave, they take institutional knowledge with them. Manufacturers and construction firms need a way to document that knowledge before it disappears.
-
Businesses are struggling to balance training needs against logistical demands when hands are already in short supply.
-
The skills gap is not only a problem of training workers, but of attracting and retaining them.
